Piña Blanca is Higher Heights’ most gas-forward feminized variety. This Mendocino County breeding project is the result of crossing White Lion with Pineapple Mojito. The breeder describes it as a very potent, high-THC strain with an aromatic profile dominated by gas from start to finish. It is an excellent choice for growers looking for intense terpenes and heavily resin-coated flowers.

Genetics
The gassy character comes from White Lion, which growers working with these genetics describe as a cross of Green Apple Gas and GMO Cookies x Brozé, bred on Higher Heights’ own farm. Pineapple Mojito provides a fresher counterpoint. It is a hybrid of Carambola and Lemon Limez, with Sour Diesel and Key Lime Pie in its family tree. The result is a large, stretchy plant with numerous flowering sites. Although the breeder does not publish an indica/sativa breakdown, the variety is considered very balanced.

In cultivation: vigorous and high-yielding
Higher Heights warns that Piña Blanca develops sizeable plants with significant stretch, making trellising or staking advisable before the branches become weighed down by flowers. In return, growers can expect high production and very resinous buds. Both parents perform well in ice-water extraction, making Piña Blanca a strong candidate for extractions. Indoor flowering takes approximately 8–9 weeks, while outdoor plants are ready for harvest in early October in the Northern Hemisphere.
