Fresh Citrus is a feminized variety from Higher Heights, a breeder based in Mendocino County, California, recognized for working with highly expressive terpene profiles. Born from the cross Carambola x Pineapple Mojito, it is distinguished by its powerful fruit and citrus aroma and its hybrid-type effect. An option designed for growers seeking signature flavor and a short cycle.

Genetics: two citrus lines from the same house
Carambola — (Sunburn x Green Tea) x Brozé — contributes the intense citrus profile with incense and gas nuances that identify the breeder. Pineapple Mojito, itself a daughter of Carambola and Lemon Limez ((Sour Diesel x Biker Kush) x Key Lime Pie), adds the tropical and acidic side. The resulting plant grows fast, wide and robust, with long branches and multiple tops due to its vigorous branching.

In cultivation: fast, wide and very resinous
Flowering takes between 8 and 9 weeks; the breeder indicates approximately 8 weeks, with some phenotypes taking slightly longer. Outdoors, it is harvested in early October. It benefits from lower and interior pruning to concentrate energy on the upper tops. Purple phenotypes are frequent, producing dense, elongated buds with a granular resin texture, and are especially resistant to various problems.
