Strawmelon is an indica / sativa from The Grateful Seeds and can be cultivated indoors and outdoors (Where the plants will need a flowering time of ±63 days) The Grateful Seeds's Strawmelon is only available as feminized seeds.
The plant used as a female in this cross comes from an own selection of Strawberry and Cream F2 from Exotic Genetix, in which the objective was to obtain a plant with marked notes of strawberries in its aroma and flavor. Finally, #24 was chosen by The Grateful Seeds, a specimen with this curious flavor that also had a large amount of resin and rock-hard buds.
On the other hand, the male parent (reversed female) used is Fresca Melon, a magnificent Sativa-dominant variety that comes from the Dying Breed Seeds collection and that The Grateful Seeds have used for other hybrids such as Papaya Cooler. Cross between Zkittlez and Watermelon Zkittlez, its fruity flavor and stimulating effect are two of its most appreciated traits.

Strawmelon is a versatile plant that is easily adaptable to all types of environments and cultivation techniques, from indoor grow tents to large greenhouses or outdoor growing areas. Due to its vegetative vigor and growth pattern, with a great profusion of lateral branches, it is an excellent candidate for the SCROG technique or for large outdoor plants.
Its flowering lasts about 9 weeks, during which time it develops a very good production of rocky buds completely covered by glandular trichomes. Outdoors it will be ready for harvest in October, with an excellent yield if the care has been adequate.
