We’ve been holding back this variety for almost an entire year now while we did more testing of the seeds… Our goal for this cross was to create a colorful Afghan cannabis plant (of which we have not yet found). For those who admire the short-stature, deep green-leaves and giant-trichomes of Afghan cannabis plants, just imagine one that is solid pink.,,, and you have Strawberry Mamba.
Any words that we use to describe this variety would be an understatement compared to experiencing her in-garden. This is one of the most unique, beautiful, and aromatic cannabis varieties that we’ve ever grown. For the gardener who prefers a loud aroma over all else, this variety sits atop a pedestal of its own. The aroma she exudes changes throughout her life… starting with a very sharp scent that is akin to an orange peel, which then quickly evolves into a more complex strawberries-and-cream and Mamba fruit chews aroma, which by alchemy evolves into a rich/ and sensual chocolate-covered-strawberries bouquet; all the while retaining the perfume of all the other fruits post-harvest and well into the curing process.
Being one of the most heavenly smells on planet Earth, it’s a challenge to pull your nose away from the glistening pink buds. We did not, however, wait a year only to satisfy our fetish for provocative aromas. Dare we say it, Strawberry Mamba is hardy through and through, and rewards the gardener consistently fantastic yields. Even more, it provides a phenomenal hybrid high that the privileged early testers chose over many popular varietals. We’ve been searching for a good while now and have yet to find another cannabis variety that offers all these glowing attributes quite like this one! Strawberry Mamba is one of those few cultivars that we hope we never lose. Permanent keeper!
