Cajun Style Genetics LLC Description

Florida Blu combines the berry and sour diesel ancestry of Sour Bluberries with the classic OG character of Triangle Kush.

Lineage:
 Sour Bluberries × Triangle Kush

Expanded lineage:
(DJ Short Blueberry F2 × East Coast Sour Diesel) × Triangle Kush

Flowering Time:
A provisional indoor flowering estimate is 9–11 weeks after switching to a flowering light schedule. Some phenotypes may take longer. This estimate requires grow confirmation and does not include the vegetative period.

Expected Aroma and Flavor:
Potential expressions include sweet or tart blueberry, sour diesel fuel, lemon-lime citrus, earth, and OG spice. The desired combination is recognizable blueberry followed by sour fuel and a lingering Kush finish.

Terpene Expectations:
Myrcene, limonene, and beta-caryophyllene are candidates based on the Triangle Kush parent’s reported profile. Florida Blu’s dominant terpenes and their percentages remain unconfirmed until laboratory testing. Berry and fuel aromas cannot be attributed to a single terpene.

Expected Phenotype Expressions:
 • Berry-leaning — pronounced blueberry aroma, sweeter fruit notes, and possible purple accents.
 • OG-leaning — lemony fuel, earth, and spice, with less obvious berry character.
 • Sour Diesel-leaning — sharper sour fuel and citrus, potentially taller growth and elongated flowers.
 • Blended — tart blueberry layered over sour diesel and earthy OG.

These are possible expressions rather than established phenotype categories. Color, structure, resin production, and flowering time can vary independently.

Ideal Keeper:
A resinous plant with distinct blueberry and sour fuel aromas that remain strong after curing. Desirable qualities include sturdy branching, well-formed flowers, a useful flower-to-leaf ratio, repeatable performance, and stable sex expression. Purple coloration is a bonus rather than a requirement.

Potency and Effects:
THC content is not yet established. A cerebral lift followed by body relaxation is a possible effect direction, but potency, duration, and the balance of effects require evaluation of the finished flower.
