Victor V is an indica / sativa from Hoku Seed Co and can be cultivated indoors and outdoors (Where the plants will need a flowering time of ±77 days) Hoku Seed Co's Victor V is/was never available as feminized seeds.
We took our 1:1 selection of Victory from Dutch Passion and crossed it with the Kunduz D to create a unique THCV rich F1 Indica/sativa hybrid. Our selection was pure pine terps and smelled of fresh pine trees. She was an average yielder of large loose buds that finishes right at 11 weeks. Like the other 1:1’s, she is not the most potent flower but provides a very clear, focused sativa effect and a very pleasant pine taste.
To pollinate, we used three different Kunduz D males, all Indica dominant with very similar structures and profile. The kunduz D F3 is a cross of an inbred afghan line from the kunduz region and Marie Laveauv, an indica strain bred by crossing Big Poppa (Garlic) X Lashkargah White 91. The cross was originally bred in Pennsylvania and came to me in a seed trade. After growing them out, I realized they were an amazing Indica hybrid with great medicinal value and breeding potential. The line is super stable, Indica dominant, with a very high terpene and resin content. Profiles range from pine and grape to musk and spice. The effects provide a nice cerebral head buzz that fades into a complete body relaxation.
Expect ratios in the range of 5:1 – 2:1 (THC:THCV)
About THC-Victory from Dutch Passion
After several attempts Dutch Passion have a stabilised THCV rich variety, the first one on the market. THC-Victory is a unique plant with a 1:1 ratio of THC and THC-V, the long sought-after, new cannabinoid. THCV short for tetrahydrocannabivarin is of great medical interest in several fields. Usually THCV is an antagonist for THC, slightly suppressing the effects. THCV is usually a very minor component in most cannabis varieties. More medical research is required to discover the full potential of THCV.
THC-Victory is a medium sized variety and can be slow during early vegetative growth. After the 3rd internode she picks up speed and vigour. Yield is average, terpenes lean towards the citrus side of the spectrum. The trichomes contain a roughly even amount of THC and THCV, around 6-8% of each.
