Super Lemon Haze

Fast-flowering indica dominant phenotype grown at 46N. This plant was very slow to start vegging. Seedling smelled of its lemon skunk mother, a very nice aroma and not a strong odor. In veg, the plant was bushy and stayed fairly short, with many branches, and its leaves were shorter than the SLH haze pheno in the same grow. Some of the leaves displayed yellowish intra-vein stripes. She stayed fairly short and reached a height of about 4". This indica dominant SLH flowered faster than my haze dominant one. The indica dominant has smaller, compact, indica-like buds. I harvested her for the most part on Oct 14 （left several seeded branches to ripen until Oct 28）, which was 10 days earlier than the haze dominant. Effect is a wonderfully euphoric activating head high with some relaxing body effect, a most pleasant high. Some of the best weed I've ever experienced.

Puh... very disappointing! 10 seeds, all popped. not ONE pheno with haze or lemon - smell or taste... nothing, just earthy stoney weed, in the end nonetheless good but not what I payed for ;-）

SLH from GHS grown at 38N, germinated in March and harvested October 23. Plant was most robust and vigorous grower in the entire 7-plant grow, and SLH reached 2.75 M height. She suffered during heat waves, curling leaves and turning them partly yellow. She thrived only in direct sunlight; parts of her that got little or no direct sunlight withered and were discarded by the plant in favor of more light higher up. Since she was facing NW she had shade mornings until she reached 2 M height which put her top over the raingutter, and thereafter had direct sun from early a.m. until late p.m. Her buds were like nothing I had ever seen before. The high is strong and joyous, exhuberant, long-lasting and relaxing. Now a favorite in our family.

F***** seeds. 3/3 popped, 2 turned out herma, the only female was shitty ! I luckily saw hermas before they f*** the wole room. I had also one Critical Orange Punch by Dutch Passion which turned out herma after apex! Use to grow regular and never again will grow feminised, even if a high-sounding name!!!

Anfangs war die Wirkung eher stimmungsaufhellend und leicht aktivierend

in Kombination mit einer starken Muskelentspannung. Anschließend hat einen

das Gras ziemlich körperlich platt gemacht und man war an die Couch

gefesselt. In dieser Phase war man im Kopf jedoch noch relativ klar

und die visuelle Wahrnemung hat sich verändert. Nach dem Rausch

war man noch relativ klar und fit im Kopf. Anschließend konnte man

sehr gut schlafen.

Insgesamt war die Wirkung der Sorte sehr stark. Die Wirkungsdauer lag bei

ca 3 Stunden. Von mir gibt es eine Empfehlung ;）

I got three different phenotypes from three seeds. They all share great vigor, strong branching and minimal demand for extra nutrients. They all react great to topping and clones root fast and reliably. I’ve got two haze-dominant phenos and one skunk-dominant pheno.

Pheno #1 （skunk-dominant）: This pheno took 58 days to mature. It had a compact model of growth with long side-branches, dark-green and rather wide leaves. The stretch was moderate at about 75%. The yield was pretty low.

The aroma was actually quite nice, with tones of black pepper, noble woods, passion fruit and hints of hash. It wasn’t very pronounced though. The same can be said for the taste: Quite nice, but not very intense; nothing too special.

The high was average as well, pretty mild and well suited for some relaxation, but nothing to brag about.



Pheno #2 （haze-dominant）: This pheno takes 63 days to mature and has a similar structure to pheno #1 but with thinner leaves and a lighter colour. She doubles in size during flowering; the yield is moderate to good.

The aroma of this pheno is dominated by tones of sweet lemons, bubblegum, nuances of glue and traces of skunk. During the curing-process, the bubblegum and glue notes are mostly replaced by strong notes of sandalwood and black pepper, so in the end, the weed has that classic lemony haze aroma.

On the inhale the flavour is identical to the smell, though on the exhale the taste is predominantly piney – very delicious!

The high is of average strength: Low doses are extremely communicative and ‘social’. Higher doses cause a deep mental as well as physical relaxation and eventually put you to sleep.

Pheno #3 （haze-dominant）: This pheno takes 67 days to mature and grows much more lanky than the other two phenos, but strong nonetheless. She looks much more like a Sativa than her sisters. After switching to 12/12 she triples in size; the yield is average to good.

The aroma of this pheno is similar to that of the infamous Amnesia Core-Cut, though a little less sweet and a bit spicier. It’s a synthetic buttery sweet-lemon bubblegum smell that’s accompanied by nuances of sandal- and cedarwood as well as traces of black pepper. After a couple of weeks of curing, the aroma changes into what can be described as sweet lemon incense – the same smell that’s left behind after combustion.

The flavour is identical to the smell and just as pronounced! As pheno #2 it’s super delicious!

The high is extremely strong and just as long lasting. It starts off purely cerebral and entertaining before it starts affecting the whole body. Since she’s a real creeper one must be careful not to overdose as that leaves you a little paranoid and completely incapable of doing or understanding anything. In low doses the high is extremely nice though.

Overall I can definitely recommend the Super Lemon Haze, although you might have to pop a pack or two to find a plant that embodies everything you might be looking for in a strain with that name!

I had only one SLH seed and it was very special. I topped it so, that it has four colas

and vegged total 6 weeks and it was 20 cm high when I start flowering and total height

was only 43cm. I tought that its stretchy. Then next thing. It was totally ready at 8 weeks, mostly milky, few clear, maybe 15% amber and only max.5% white hairs, thats pretty quick for SLH. R.I.P. Franco

Looking at comments it's obvious that a lot of these growers either bought from a non-reputable seedbank or had less than ideal growing ability. I've grown this strand for years and never had a hermy once and have only had issues when my grow room temps exceeded 100F and they fluffed out pretty bad, but otherwise this strain is awesome. It's very hearty and though it tastes better grown in soil, it also does great in DWC for the absolute highest yields. Best strain out there for a sativa head high with minimal munchies and couch lock, make your morning coffee something special.

2 main pheno types from the beans i got, one smells of black licorice （smaller plant） and the most desirable pheno smells of lemon head candy. Both were terrible yields but the candy pheno was a good high.

Hatte 5 fem Seeds. 4 sind gekeimt.

Wieder hatte ich viele unterschiedliche Phenotypen. Vom Wachstum sah die SLH fast aus wie eine SSH mit ähnlich viel Höhenzuwachs. Ertrag war etwas unter der SSH, dafür war sie ein bisschen schneller fertig und die buds waren fester und kompakter.

Hatte noch nie Zwitter/Bananen bei der SLH gehabt.

Es entstand ein sehr intensives und interessantes Aroma （undefinierbare Mischung aus Limonen, Zitronen, Skunk, Haze, Kaugummi und Frucht würde ich sagen, je nach Pheno）.

Alle Phenos waren außerordentlich potent.

Mir waren sie von der Wirkung her aber nicht ausgewogen.

Die seeds aus dem letzten Jahr waren deutlich besser!

Thisthis is the third time i have grown this strain from seed. the previous timesi would have given a much better review, hoever of the 4out of 5 seeds which germinated one was a complete runt and another a poor specimen . It’s time seed companies put out a consistent product, imagine telling a tomatoe grower to grow out a crop take cuttings and select the best "phenotype. they would not tolerate it and neither should we with the price we pay for seeds

Absolutely love this strain! Some of the dopest dope I’ve ever toked!

Phenomenal trich»s, most crystallized plant I«ve ever grown. Medium producer avg 35-40 g per plant, outstanding quality. Pure lemon taste and lemon smell. Must try!

HERMAPHRODITE; it is all too common with this one. Some show male sex by third week off main stem up until the fifth week. If you are lucky enough to find a stable pheno it is worthwhile.
