Laranjazz is a regular, indica-dominant hybrid from Bask Triangle Farms, created by crossing the breeder’s selected Tropicanna MTN cut with a Banana Zkittlez male from Terp Hogz. The result is a terpene-rich variety that combines vibrant orange and citrus notes with the sweet, creamy aroma of ripe banana.

One of Laranjazz’s defining characteristics is its remarkably expressive terpene profile. Depending on the phenotype, aromas of fresh orange, orange soda, sweet banana and subtle earthy or spicy notes can emerge. Its relatively short flowering period and strong resin production also make it particularly interesting for growers who enjoy working with regular seeds and selecting exceptional mother plants.

The maternal side, Tropicanna MTN, is a selected cut from Oni Seed Co. derived from Tropicanna Cookies, itself a cross of Girl Scout Cookies and Tangie. This lineage contributes the bright, effervescent character of orange soda, complemented by subtle salty and musky undertones.

The male parent, Banana Zkittlez from Terp Hogz, combines Banana Z3 with Zkittlez. It contributes the variety’s pronounced ripe-banana aroma, along with additional potency, resin production and a complex sweet-fruity terpene profile.

Because Laranjazz is offered as a regular seed, plants can display considerable phenotypic variation. This makes the variety especially appealing to growers looking to hunt through a population for outstanding terpene expression, resin production and desirable growth characteristics.

Laranjazz in cultivation: fast flowering and high yields
