Additional Information
Peterpholmes says
I»ve grown Kali Mist many times. Usually it follows a general sativa phenotype, but slightly more stout. This year I planted one quite late for my area (S. Cal.), late May. I didn«t expect much. It grew to 5 ft. and was much more stout than normal. It was an extraordinary plant. Loaded with flowers. Everything was completely covered in trichomes, top and bottom of leaves, stems, and fan leaves were covered for 1/2 their length. The fragrance was extraordinary, complex and wonderfully sweet. Hints of ripe fruit, bubble gum, pineapple, etc. It finished in 10 weeks. Though it has yet to finish curing, the taste retains the fragrance. Uplifting, long lasting, thought provoking high. Wonderful!
I can»t explain the unusual qualities, however an Arjan«s Haze that I planted at the same time grew and looked very similar, except for the fragrance. Perhaps it was our cooler than normal summer.
This is normally challenging to grow, and very difficult to finish, even here, but this year it was unaffected by a couple of early heavy rains near the end of flowering, and some quite cold weather that followed.
