Emerald Triangle Description

This F1 cross of two classic california flavours has evolved to create this immaculate new flavour which is a great blend of two new-school genetics, though growing very moderately throughout the vegetative state, this strain does not accelerate dramatically when flipped. Tie-down methods suit this plant well, giving you a greater yield per square foot, with balanced cola production. Expect 1-1.5 lbs. (0.5 – 1.0 kgs.) outdoors, with more moderate yields indoors. Grapefruit Bubba produces tight, dense stacking calyxes creating short, rock hard, frosty colas, be sure not to trim your bottoms up too high as every last bit contains substance.

This dominant Indica produces a happy, light-hearted high with plenty of body stone to even it out. A zesty citrus dominates the palate, followed by peppery notes and a distinct sweetness when exhaled.

A long-lasting, very social herb that is suitable for both day and night-time use.

Genetics: Grapefruit x Bubba
Indica/Sativa: 70:30
Yield: Medium
Harvest: 8-9 weeks / early Oct
Stature: Medium - Stout
Great for beginners

Was grown using LST under HO t5 lighting in ebb & flow. Used some defoliation through flower to aid in light penetration. Buds were surprisingly compact even under t5. The plant became incredibly frosty early in flower, and trim made a fantastic blonde QWISO hash. Strong fruity smell developed 4-5 weeks into flower. Towards the end of flower, a cheesy smell crept into the background. She was harvested at 64 days, trichomes were 50% amber/40% cloudy/10% clear. The trimmed plants were hung to dry for 4 days before being put in mason jars for curing. They cured at 60% humidity and have hit their prime at six weeks. The high is very uplifting and giggly, good for lifting spirits. The high lasts for about 2 hours, with appetite stimulation setting in around 30 minutes. Helps keep you motivated, but can make you sleepy if you don’t get up and move around. If you overdone, it can lead to loss of focus a and may slightly impair speech.
