This strain is a masterpiece in is own right. Grown organically, in a tall greenhouse, this green phenotype rose up to 2 metres high and wide, topped and LST-ed. Multiple branches, long flower filled colas, lime green pistils, a superb smell that still intrigues me, a combo of sweet and flowery, with an aniseed/incense twang and an overall prevailing fresh sensation. Properly cured, the smoke is smooth, with a freshsweet aftertaste. Balanced high and when consumed in moderation it makes a great all day companion. A fatter joint will sink you into a nice afternoon nap or relax your body through the night. Heavy yiealder for my experience, a stunning 700 grams dry, harvested a week early. The buds are dense, so despite it's resistance to fungus, daily checkups are advised for the last couple of weeks, especially if damp conditions. All of this, achieved in harsh conditions: summer with cold nights (+14 degrees C in average) and very hot days (+52 C, measured inside the greenhouse), a couple of insect waves early in the spring (she doesn't care about leaf miners but pay attention to aphids around May), rainy autumn and no store bought fertilizer. Used home made stinging nettle ferment and chicken poop, in orderly fashion. So the potential...is huge. The large amount of leafs might be a downer for some, but I counted my blessings and trimmed a whole week, 6 hours a day without flinching, all the while sampling some prior harvested popcorn buds.Resin production is medium as such but the quality of the resulting bubble hash is worth all the effort. Needless to say...I'm in love. Chapeau, Dutch Passion!
