Prempavee Thai Landraces Description

Named after a traditional Thai dessert made of delicate, intensely sweet orange strands, this rare Thai landrace cultivar takes its name from the striking orange-gold pistils that blanket its flowers. These vivid pistils persist even at full maturity, giving the buds a glowing, ornamental appearance that clearly sets this variety apart.

This 100% sativa landrace is a true expression of traditional Thai cannabis, prized locally for its psychoactive depth, distinct tropical flavors, and resilience in warm, humid environments. Revered by local farmers as an old-school gem, it represents a disappearing chapter of Thailand’s cannabis heritage.

The bouquet is sweet, smooth, and full-bodied, combining notes of green mango, sticky rice, and candied orange peel. The smoke is exceptionally pleasant and gentle, delivering a refined tropical profile rarely found in modern hybrids.

The terpene profile is dominated by β-myrcene, supported by smaller amounts of limonene, α-pinene, and linalool, contributing to both its aromatic complexity and psychoactive character.

The effect of this Thai landrace is highly dependent on harvest timing:

• Early harvest: More uplifting, cerebral, and energetic
• Late harvest: Deeper, heavier, and more couch-locking

Germination requires extra care:
