Desfrán is an sativa from Dutch Passion and can be cultivated indoors and greenhouse (Where the plants will need a flowering time of ±68 days) Dutch Passion's Desfrán is only available as feminized seeds.
Dutch Passion Description
Desfrán is a legendary variety in South America and a multiple prize winner of many cannabis cups. Desfrán is the result of crossing Destroyer with Destroyer, she was originally a 3-way crossing of Mexican Oaxaca, Colombian Punto Rojo and Meao Thai and comes to Dutch Passion thanks to Alberto from Argentina. Alberto is a Master Grower, Cannabis Connoisseur and owner of Haze Magazine. Our first project together was to introduce Desfrán to Europe.
During vegetative growth Desfrán needs little nutrition. She grows well in soil especially with plenty of root space, and grows vigorously in other grow methods too. Desfrán is 100% Sativa so she can grow very tall and develops long branches which can dominate the airspace/growroom in no time. In vegetative growth the stem can produce intense fruity aromas when rubbed.
During flower she stretches and can triple her height. Desfrán is very resinous variety suited for SOG and SCROG grow methods and usually takes 9-10 weeks to flower. Desfrán has a fruity aroma like pear and green apples, the taste is like enjoying a pear caramel with hints of grape and melon. Desfrán produces unusually dense and compact flowers for a Sativa. When dried, the flowers look like glazed pinecones. Early harvest can result in a very cerebral and psychedelic high, if you harvest Desfrán late she tastes sweeter and is a true destroyer. Desfrán is one of the best varieties Alberto has ever seen, we hope you will think the same.

Desfrán User comments
Altogether we've collected 2 about Dutch Passion.Die Desfran wuchs （innen） stark sativa lastig （schlank, nach oben gedrungen,
mit mittelgroßen Blättern）. Die Blüten waren eher fluffig und normal mit
Harz überzogen. Die Blütenkelche waren eher groß. Die Sorte wuchs in
der vegetativen Phase eher krüppelig und langsam, aber eher in die Höhe
als in die Breite. Der Ertrag war leider unter durchschnittlich. Die Sorte
reagierte schlecht aufs Toppen, sodass die Sorte nach der Beschneidung
nur sehr langsam weiter wuchs. Der Strech in der Blütephase war sehr hoch.
Die Sorte reagierte so empfindlich aufs Düngen, dass sie teilweise den
Wuchs komplett eingestellt hat. Das Verhältnis zwischen Blüten und
Blatt-Masse war eher hoch. Die Sorte benötigte 8 - 9 Wochen um ernte
reif zu sein. Vom Wuchsverhalten eine echte Horror Genetik, die ich
keinem Anfänger empfehlen kann !!
Aroma/Rauch:
Die getrockneten Blüten haben nach gar nichts gerochen.
Der Rauch war eher kratzig und schlecht.
Wirkung:
Die Wirkung war insgesamt rein sativa lastig mit starken energetisch
und euphorischen Phasen. Der Effekt setzt nach dem Rauchen sofort ein
und dauert nur ca 1 - 2 Stunden. Die Stärke des Effekts war leicht
überdurchschnittlich. Während des Rausches hatte man
große Lust sich zu Bewegen oder zu Tanzen. Insgesamt war das
High für eine Sativa eher klar und wenig psychedelisch.
Das energetische High hat sich dabei ausschließlich im
Kopf abgespielt !! Von der Wirkung her war die Sorte
definitiv sehr außergewöhnlich.
Alle Sativa Liebhaber werden hier auf ihre Kosten kommen.
Fazit:
Die Desfran war eine normal wüchsige und reine Sativa Sorte mit einem
unterdurchschnittlichen Ertrag. Der Effekt, （ein energetisches und
euphorisches Sativa High） war normal stark und leider eher kurz.
Anfängern und Komerzlern kann ich die Sorte leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
Für Sativa Liebhaber kann ich nur eine bedingte Empfehlung aussprechen,
（wegen der schwierigen Grow Eigenschaften der Pflanze）
Insgesamt gibt es aber wesentlich bessere Sativas auf dem Samenmarkt.
