*Grow report*
A strong growing plant, give it a lot of room, sturdy primary branches with very little secondary branching. Flowering starts out slowly but once it starts they grow fast and large. The aroma goes from herbal to a slightly fruity smell. The closer to ripening there is a heavy candy smell that really makes your mouth water. The buds are huge at harvest time, about 9 weeks, with a heavy coating of trichomes covering the buds.
*Smoke report*
Dried buds have a nice herbal fruit aroma and are extremely sticky to handle. Once you’re able to get a joint rolled it has an immediate effect so make sure you’re sitting down when you smoke it. Has a sedative narcotic painkilling effect, excellent medical marijuana. Flavour is like an earthy hash with a touch of floral herbs. If you cough it leaves a fruity chocolate taste in your mouth.
Balochistan is one of the four provinces of Pakistan. It is the largest one in terms of land area, forming the southwestern region of the country but it’s the least populated. It shares borders with Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the northeast, Sind to the east and southeast, the Arabian Sea to the south, Iran to the west and Afghanistan to the north and northwest. The main ethnic groups in the province are the Baloch people and the Pashtuns.
Balochistan is known for its extremely dry desert climate characterizd by very hot summers and dry cold winters.
Winters are mild on the plains, with temperature never falling below freezing point. Summers are hot and dry, especially in the arid zones. with temperatures reaching 50 °C (122 °F). Occasionally, strong windstorms make these areas very inhospitable. Balochistan lies between 27 and 29 degrees North of the equator. These seeds come from a small village in the district of Mastung.
These plants survive the harshest of climates, including prolonged periods of water scarcity due to the frequent water shortages in the region. You won’t find plants that will take longer than 11 weeks to complete their flowering cycle. If you are growing outdoor expect your plants to finish no later than end of October (this is when plants are harvested in Balochistan).
Over the years famers have differentiated plants and therefore kept specific seeds from specific plants, understanding that each seed coming from a different plant will give different end results, phenotypical expressions in terms of colours, aromas (terpene profiles) and effects. The soil in this part of the world is predominantly made of sand and clay and it can be considered as desert like in the balochi counterpart situated in the South East of Iran.
The best plants are those that finish later (10-11 weeks) and are used to make a great quality hash with aromas that range from lemon to petrol, earthy, fruity and candy. Different effects can be experiencd. Some will tie you to the couch and some will give you the giggles. Like in most cases with true landrace genetics expect to find expressions ranging from indica to sativa (leaf morphology and plant structures and shapes).
A grower note: Heavy mood lifter, euphoric without raciness, and major appetite (sex & food) increaser.
Smoke is kinda oily, with unusual flavor.
