Seedsman Ltd. Seedbank Review

The measure of a decent company is what happens if things do go wrong. Do they make a habit of getting things wrong? Do they have have the will to fix an occasional f**k up? These questions were answered for me on a recent order placed a few years after a not so great experience with this company.

The main part （2 expensive packs） of the order was incorrect i.e wrong variety, nice generous freebies and promos with it but not what was ordered. Had a very good customer service rep get on the case to make things right and despite the Xmas holiday period this was all followed through and happily resolved. Correct seeds supplied and a no-hassle return of the incorrect ones.

No deliberate slackness on the part of this company, mistake fixed very professionally and competently by an effective customer service team. Can recommend!!

Not only did they give me seed out of the original packaging which was not stated nor wanted, they also sent these things without tracking. Again, I didn't choose and if it was stated it wasn't clearly enough because I would never accept this option. Any seed bank that opens original packaging and sends them untracked I do not trust.

Really used to be great. Last order was bounced around cancelled , re entered and they picked . Took 3 months to arrive and was far from the value of what I paid good money for. I like others will never trust and never will use again. Talk about a way to destroy a well oiled machine, congrats you did it seedsman stay away, time to head back to herbies

Save time and money by taking your business elsewhere. A new website that is full of glitches means that your money will be taken but the products you ordered will be mysteriously out of stock. Orders are cancelled with no notification via email with no refunds given. Customer service is excruciatingly slow and designed to wear you down without any resolution to your problems with Seedman's service. I am currently over 250Euros out of pocket with a single meaningless response from their support team. If you like throwing money down the drain then Seedsman is that drain. Lots of nice pictures on Insta do not make an honest company, do not be fooled.

Have ordered maybe 6-8 times from this company and every order has been spot on in terms of seed quality and delivery.

So i would have orginally given them a 3 out of 10, because out of 20 seeds i purchased from Anesia breeder most of the seeds were white to green in color and only 3 sprouted. However than i realized in my thinking that they only disperse them they are not actually packaging them. With that said i emailed seedsman about my issues with the seeds i had gotten from them and they immediately same day sent me a response telling me to pick out equal value for 18 more seeds. So i told them what i wanted and they quickly got them out to me and both shipments made it here and no damage. So they back up the products that they sell which was nice change of pace. They also sent me 20 free seeds the 1st time amd of those 20 10 were from Royal Queen Seeds.

I have ordered exclusively from seedsman for a few years.they carry great seeds from great breeders and post fast. never had an issue. they are a European Seedbank. they post from the EU. if you are from outside Europe, it will take a long time to deliver your package. It say it right there on the website. some people can't read.

I had a rocky start with them, but I take responsibility for that. Customer service got everything straightened out quickly, & I got the seeds quickly. I had ordered 3, and they also sent me 3 freebies. Every single one germinated in 2 days. I'm impressed! I will order from them again.

Ordered and received 5 Clinical White CBD Feminised Seeds. Of the 5, only 1 sprouted. Now 3 months later （I grow outdoor in 10 gal fabric pot） the one that sprouted turned out to be a male.

After their new system changed for this country all was good. Then all of a sudden they are in chaos. Last ordered was cancelled and then they redid and I let them pick the new order, still took 6 weeks to be delivered and I was short changed from what I paid for originally. Then I watch a YouTube video with some scammer on there getting a care package from them , just to push to an advertiser how sweet they are!!! I’ve now ordered again and if they screw this up, I will not return again, there are other super seed banks out there that still ship quick and are eager to grow so be aware seedsman you can fall like a statue.

Got nothing. Apparently they sent 2 packages. After I lost the first one they offered some freebies. Having figured that their 'discreet packaging" was not good enough, I asked to buy insurance or extra discreet packaging for the freebies. They declined and tried to reassure me. So I lost them too. When I told them they suggest another place.

I have placed a new order, and since the influx of bad reviews, I thought I'd drop one. All these complaints are from impatient bholes. They don't follow directions or help pages and assume 20 WORKING DAYS means 20 days... It does NOT! It means 4 weeks! Everything ordered I have received unless thrown out by customs. Stock problems happen during big sales like any other site. This place is trustworthy. Customer service is top notch even during covid 19 with people opening hundreds of tickets for the same issue. I sent money order and tree hey sent mine the very next day. The prices are more than generous. The sales are awesome. They stock the best strains and breeders. Everyone they carry is reliable. Any problems they fix as fast as possible! Everyone who complain is either impatient, can't read, or is the competition. Either that or they are just being like little girls. Stop complaining and read their help pages CAREFULLY! Like yes, you actually have to read!! 10 out of 10! 100 percent success. 100 percent trustworthy. 100 percent will order here again and again and again!

This last order was the 4th season I ordered from Seedsman, and will be my last. Last years order had inferior seeds which they(Seedsman) finally made good, but was received too late to plant for the season. This year was worst, of the 4 strains I ordered, 2 strains (both were high is CDB) were duds. Not only were the seeds very small, but only 2 of the 9 seeds in total developed into a seedling and then only 1 of these continues to grow. I am a small grower and for financial reasons I cannot put my trust in Seedsman for quality goods.

Id placed an order with seedsman on the 14th of January 2020. The order I had placed was for 5 x Charlottes angel. Reason for ordering this is that my 3 year old has Autism, but more importantly suffers Gran Mal seizures! :/ He has these regularly, and its tough seeing him go through this. Ive seen a lot of documentaries on how high CBD strains have helped reduce seizures on children who suffer this, and for some make them almost non existent. For my son, I wanted to give this a go. At any rate, its been over 45 days and still nothing! :/ Their policy is after 25 days theyd do a re-send. At around day 30 I started to enquire as to where my order is and can they provide a tracking number so I can trace this down to its whereabouts. Nothing! Ive sent them consecutive messages, and still no reply! :/ Its now been 10 days and nothing back from them whatsoever. Id paid for additional insurance through them and for the re-send option, as for me with my 3 year old and his conditions, this is incredibly important to me. Still nothing. If I dont get a reply from them over the next few days, Ill have to contact the bank and see if somehow they can do a reversal on the transaction. Would I recommend these guys!?? Hell no!!!! Ive only ever used a couple of other seedbanks in the last 20 years and these are by far the worst!!!

Ordered 6 large orders, received every single one of them, packaging is discrete and very stealthy, you get extra freebies and large discounts via bitcoin, i highly recommend using bitcoin on this site. I had an error with one of my orders and reached out to support, spoke with the owner of seedsman, he hooked me up with 3 packs of 5 seeds of my choice. Now how can you go wrong with that, best seedbank experience i have ever had. i highly recommend, great customer service, fast shipping, stealthy packaging, great prices, whats not to love about seedsman. Their best promo is during Halloween so i highly recommend you have a list ready and choose your freebies fast because stock runs out quick. I will never go anywhere else.

Problems with deliveries, problems with stock, problems getting them to answer emails, scammed out of paying sales prices, then sent me white bird food/seeds for something I didnt even want in the first place. Shop elsewhere folks, nothing could be worse than my experiences (4) shopping here. Thought I would give them another chance as things can go wrong, but last time is my LAST TIME, PERIOD !!!!!!

Made an order - all auto fems - which also had many free auto fems. Received the order and the free auto fems were replaced by fems without any notice or advice. Dealt with customer service which basically told me - they were free so suck it up. When I wrote a scathing review, finally someone woke up and said that they had a faulty system which they were fixing. And I was sent some auto fems as compensation. Too much trouble to get them to correct their errors. This was my first order. It will also be my last.

Order arrived in discreet packaging on the last business day they suggested waiting for before complaining. I was getting worried. Am starting a grow in December so hope the seeds are still good after the wait. Happy so far.

I have ordered 5 times now with Seedsman. And they always get my orders to me within 18 days or less. Always decent quality seeds. Nothing bad I can say about them

Ive used Seedsman many times and theyre one of the best seed shops out there. I would highly recommend using them.

I ordered 3 packs of Flash Super Auto Seeds and was promised 3 free Jack and 3 free GelatoOG as well as 14 free feminized seeds for the Halloween promo. I also paid for a stealth shipping product. I am missing one of the 3 packs that I paid for and only received 2 free seeds out of the 14. Also the Gelato OG seeds are missing. I contacted the seedsman and they have not gotten back to me. After reading other reviews it looks like I may never get the seeds I paid for. Also I paid for the stealth shipping and the seeds were sent in a used scrap of bubble wrap and not concealed. On top of that the order was supposed to be signed for instead it was placed in the mail box. I have ordered from the seedsman many times before and never had this problem. This will be my last order with them.

Ive never had an issue with germination using this seedbank. I had an order go missing in the past, but with the "guaranteed shipping" method replacements came quick. This time I ordered on Black Friday, and the seeds came in 10 days. So far, everything has been viable. Seedsman has been around a long time, and there is a reason for that. They offer a great service to those in need of superior genetics. Look no further.

Lots of free seeds. Seeds came in original packaging. Problem: 1 delivery time was about 30 days to Canada. Problem 2: most of seeds are appear very small. The seed issue will be addressed when I try and germinate them as I have no need to try for a month and, will correct this post if all is well.....

Perfect delivery. There supplyer at seedsmann had made a packaging mistake so no seed in the seeld pack but seedsmann send a new free pack. So Seedsmann is top dollar and day to day delivery based on DHL who make at supreme speed delivery across Europe in under 24 hours. So the both get 10/10 for there services. Only thing with seedsmann is its dam hard to find the link to costumer contact , that can be improved a lot ;-) The seeds are mostly okay. Have had 3 out of 26 ther died. The LSD25 there is "easy to grow" , somebody obviously didnt tell that to the seeds because I have never ever seen a more fucked up plant in my 20 years of experience with weed. Leaf is extremely deformed and the plants are so small and look like a steam engine has run over it , but dammit its smells like heave. So i maby only have 5-10 joints i those to plants but i am sure i will be high in a week after each joint. Have also 2 THC Bomb out of 5 there wont grow. Thats funny after the other 3 from same package are all big and smells okay. And thay all grov i exactly the same material i have mixed. But i recommend seaweed and crushed granite , the more seaweed the bigger the plant growing in the pots

Ordered seeds with tracking. The first order was intercepted. I received a letter from the government. Notified Seedsman and they sent another tracked order. This was "held at post office" for personal pick-up. I contacted Seedsman and they advised me to go to the post office as there are no cops there and after all, I could plausibly deny the contents. No thanks. I paid for delivery and it was never delivered. Went back and forth with 2 different people before giving up. Just made a puirchase from ILGM so well see if that turns out better. Seriously disappointed with Seedsman.

Bought seeds from Seedsman in the middle of December to germinate in Spring (March). Soaked seeds for 24 hour before planting in Jiffy pellets and kept warm & moist. Ive had one or two seeds fail in he past but only 20% of these seeds germinated. I contacted their support and was told that they only guarantee their seeds for 90 days and that they would offer any replacements. I suspect that these were very old seeds and I no longer trust this company.

I ordered their Nemesis strain through Herbies 3 years ago and was very impressed and satisfied. However, 2 years ago, it was a disaster, as the seeds were supposed to be feminized and ended up either being duds, auto flowering, hermaphrodite or stunted.Of the 20 I ordered, only a few turned out to be the excellent quality I had received the year before. Since I ordered stealth through Herbies, they were re-packaged and I wasnt sure who was to blame. Last year I ordered through Seedsman themselves and had everything shipped in original packaging, Nemesis strain as well as a few other types. I was satisfied with everything EXCEPT the Nemesis,once again it was full of duds and stunts, thus I concluded that it was their fault all along. They sell old/poorly-bred seeds. I see other reviews here that echo this precisely, so beware.

Disappointed. not so much with the service, but by the fact they delete any negative review of the seeds they sell. Some seed stock is old, the plants come out weak and deformed, and have to be killed. After a dozen purchases, several experiences, both positive and negative, I wont be shopping here anymore. If i cant leave an honest review of purchased seeds, then i assume no one else has been able to either, thus causing me to waste time and money on old, bad seed that should have been tossed a long time ago.

Slowest processing times ever (at least for me). You would think they would at least make an effort to get orders out at a decent rate. Will never order from here again.

I recently bought seeds and upon inspection the seeds were less than favorable(cracks and soft shell). I placed them in perfect germination environment. I normally have a success rate of 90% considering 6 out of twelve did not germinate and a few that did grew deformed. I brought this up with customer service and their response was resending 5 seeds from Seedsmans own seed bank, which was not the original seed nor did they have anything remotely close to the original strain I ordered. After I told them it was unacceptable they offered me 10 as long as I pay for shipping. Theres other seed banks with higher quality and better customer service. Go there.

After a mix-up with payment, on my banks end, Seedsman not only upped the count in one of my packs but threw in a nice bonus package for my trouble that they had no part in. Their customer service was amazing.

Transaction went smoothly! Got a ton of freebies.. some of the promo strains werent the ones initially advertised or had confusing labeling but I wont complain about gifts.. I am just hoping that they concentrate more when repacking seeds from the original breeders packaging.. thats one of the reasons why I am always instructing any seedbank to leave the seeds in their original packaging ;)

My experience with Seedsman was stress free and professional. They are generous with their free seeds and have relatively low prices with plenty of promotions. All the seeds were either labeled or came in partial original breeder packaging. I have not tried germinating any of the seeds yet, but that aside I highly recommend Seedsman Ltd.

seedsman has the absolute best stealth option. if customs peeks inside they wont find your seeds, even if you get them in breeders packs. placed 3 large orders with them in the last 2 months.. all came in perfect condition.. no problems whatsoever.. highly recommend!

Only 2 seeds out of 10 opened!!

seedsman says they ship their orders in 1-3 days but i ordered from them twice and both times it took them almost a week to ship and then they shipped on a friday night so shipping was delayed even more. when i inquired about the delay the first time, they told me they were doing inventory that week and it wasnt their usual practice but when i placed my second order with them a few weeks later it was the same.. slow to ship. also the stealth guarantee is useless unless you can wait over 2 months for your replacements. one of my guaranteed tracked stealth shipments disappeared.. went through customs and was already in my state, then suddenly no more scanning and no package. i suspect it got ripped off in LA since it was last scanned leaving there 2 wks ago.. but they are making me wait 25 business days (5wks) before they will do anything at all..they wont even look at the tracking info. that means i wont even be able to use the missing seeds this year (im an outdoor commercial grower) so i am placing another order with attitude to replace these seeds. im glad it was just a "small"($475!) portion of this years seed order. i already ordered from attitude 3 times this yr and all 6 packages (they split the orders in half since they were large orders) made it here no problem without any stealth shipping. attitude(choice) also sent out 2 of my orders the very next day and the 3rd one 2 days after ordering. plus attitude gives out great freebies. seedsman just gives their own seeds (which i would never waste my time or space on) and they sent me the wrong HSO freebies too.. this was on my first order that took extra long to ship "because of doing inventory".. i had expected extra seeds to make up for their delay but instead received the wrong ones. really dont think much of this company. only good points.. they accept mastercard (but attitude accepts visa which is better) and they do have good stealth shipping with the option to keep breeders packs. i always keep my seeds in the packs.. so i can not use the stealth option with attitude but i have had all 6 of my packages make it through customs without stealth. im really liking attitude right now. ive had excellent customer service.. zero complaints after spending $1500 on seeds in the last 1-2 months. i would use seedsman again but only if attitude (i actually use the choice website) doesnt have what i want.

Paid in full by card transaction in uk. Then was charged additional for non sterling transfer. Basically I paid for them to send the money they took from me elsewhere. After the fact. Not happy wil be looking for a refund

Placed an order for some dutch passion products and 10 of their own brand auto uk cheese. Of the uk cheese only 1 out of the 10 germinated. Phoned them and was told to use there email support which i did. They promised to replace them but then ignored me for 5 days. Sent daily emails and got no response. Phoned again on the 5th day and explained. Was told unceremoniously theyd been busy! Then received a half arsed email appology and promised replacements again. Received an email receipt saying my order was being shipped. Waited another 2 days still nothing other than an email asking me to fill out there online feedback form which i did. Told them they were jokers and to remove my details from their system as i wouldnt be using them again. Waited another week and still no replacements. Phoned again to be told theyd canceled my replacements for being rude! Emailed them and told them what i thought of them and couldnt believe how much of my time theyd wasted. Responded by goading me and saying "if you hadnt of been rude youd have your seeds by now". I called them jokers!?!? If they didnt sell junk and ignote complaints id be on my way to getting some pain relief by now. Its no way to run a business. Its run by immature, petty and spiteful staff. Never had anything like this in 10+ years of online shopping. Seedsman and their products are cheap for a reason. You definitley get what you pay for with support to match. Weeks of time wasted and Ive had to cancel my project. Complete waste of time and money. I have an illness and time is precious to me. If you care about your time like me, use a proper seedbank and business like attitude seeds.

Its Christmas 3 weeks later, and instead of re-shipping, they close for the holidays. However, they did leave me an e-mail, which informed me(I was Shit out of Luck), until Jan 2 2017. Deutsche Zusammenfassung: Man sollte diesen Shop nicht mehr unterstützen, weil er an allen Ecken und Enden bescheisst. Für fast 500 EUR Samen bestellt aber statt 20% Rabatt auf Bestellungen über 450 EUR, hat man mir nur 15% Rabatt gegeben und das mit dem Nettopreis begründet, der so gerechnet unter 450 EUR war - absolute Frechheit! Dazu kommen die völlig überzogenen Versandkosten von 18 EUR - andere Shops liefern kostenlos oder für 5 EUR Aufschlag Express. Zu Guterletzt sind die Preise auch einfach zu hoch, selbst mit Rabatt lohnt es sich so gut wie nie hier zu kaufen - in anderen Shops sind die gleichen Sorten teilweise 20-30% günstiger - einfach mal vergleichen.

I ordered on 9/4/2016 and received the seeds on 9/23. The seeds came in the original breeders pack, and my order included 2 free seeds, 1 Seedsman (ww fem) and one from the breeder (sweet seeds) who had a promo going on at the time.

My First and last order from Seedsman. After i made and payed seeds i waited for processing 7 days, but money from Credit Card was withdraw imidiately. I tried to contact them but there was no answer and i open ticket but their sales support girl was very rude while explaining me why my package is still unprocessed after 7 work days. Paid extra stealth shipping(ripped off) but they send package in regular letterbox. Lucky for me package passed customs. Genetic was decent(Blueberry was very good), White Widow was more than average but Jack Herer had some strange aroma(hard to describe, metalic taste while smoking). Jack Herer was typical haze smoke, high yield but same metalic taste after 3 month cure, growed full organic. Mazar(not "original" Mazar as Aces seeds) but still smoke was very very good. I ordered and paid 5 strais but recieved 4. They re-send package and gave me free 5 pack Northern Soul, batch old 4 years and 2 seeds crushed while other 3 refused to germinate in my standard 99% sucess germination method, wet paper towel in plastic bag. Tom(owner) contacted me after my FB runt cause no stealth shipping even i paid extra 20 Euro and standard 10 eu for regular shipping. As i said genetic is very good quality but their sales strategy and customer support are awfull. I hear from my friends similar issues and one of them never got seeds for 200+ Euro. Never again from them!

This place is just awesome. You get exactly what you order and they give you points to buy more. Always the plant turns out like the packaging says it will. If for any reason it does not arrive they will reship it. Excellent company

Ordered seeds waited a month no arrival, asked what happened,they said they sent them again ,waited another month, they didnt arrive, I complained again, they said they didnt know why it didnt Arrive and then said they would try one last chance and then I would just lose my money, I complained that they said they guaranteed shipping if I paid extra money and I did , they said I could also get a refund but minus the shipping costs , as far as Im concerned they ripped me off , I had absolutely no proof they ever sent it and then if I wanted my money back they would take some of my money for nothing, stay away from these people, theyre not legit

Great company and the very best stelth shipping hands down. A lot of promotional freebie seeds although I hardly ever have luck with their seeds from their seed bank, but they carry everyone elses.

I ordered a couple of times from Seedsman, one time they send fake seeds...and a lot of it, now this time round they wont confirm a payment through Bitcoin and Bitcoin admin did confirm the payment. Its going for weeks now and Ruth is giving me the same answer as if I want to scam them.

Just like to say, this page has allot to choose from and shouts out promo and great deals all the time on the page. But in the end when payment are up. it gets complicated. They ask for more and more money for stealth and discrete packaging and you have options but you are told if you dont get the stealth packaging, we promise nothing and take no responsibility what so ever. Usual method of germination (warm wet paper towel between saucers)...6 days for 2 out of 5 to open...these 2 grew 1/16" and then stalled...customer service just mumbo jumbo...im out 85.00 with much lost time and aggravation...have come across other poor reviews of "seedsman"....not an isolated case...

never got the seeds as seedsman s stealth was not effective. Seeds were confiscated. Moreover, when I contacted Seedsman to let them know, they didnt even respond. Twice, they didnt respond. This is my third order from Seedsman. the stealth pkg is... stealthy. Delivery times are getting better. As for the seeds? Its been 6 days since germ and freebies have sprouted days ago.Im still waiting for the paid for " Kubanskiy Ubiyza" seed to sprout, but thats another review. I will continue to shop Seedsman.

After using this place on the 7 of march two days later had to get a new bank card because someone in spain was trying steal money after being charged for seeds. Paid 58 dollars for seeds it almost cost me 300 dollars. Luckily the bank cought it in time. Seedsman says 100% secure payment witch is 100% a lie. Couldnt tell you how seeds are its only been 2 days. Emailed them nut have heard nothing from them. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Have ordered twice. Both times the order made it no problem in what I would consider an ok amount of time. Not lightning, but in the time frame they gave. They have a nice selection, they accept my prepaid visa, and they arrived in the breeder packs without having to pay extra or request it. Stealth was stealthy.

Multiple orders over the last few years to Oregon prior to and after legalization. Mixed results with quality but packages have always arrived. Shipping adds up if you pay extra for guaranteed delivery but it may be worth it to you. Id guess 70% germination rates if I averaged all my orders but the majority of bad seeds came mostly from specific breeders so where is the problem, breeder or seedsman? Sure has been fun! I had a bad order from another breeder from these people and they made it right! As far as Im concerned this shop is in business to have a happy customer. The backed up everything they said they would do and more. They know how to get the product to you and are very good at it. I recommend this site as I have never been ripped off. I placed an order with them in mid December. I took more than a month to arrive. I started harassing them about the delivery after 20 days. They told me to "stay patient" I was convinced I had been scammed. Not the case...everything arrived as ordered in the breeders packs. They stood by and were willing to reship. Overall they were pretty cool about the whole thing. I will order from them again. However, if you are in a hurry, dont order during the holiday rush. They said they shipped on the 18th and when the packed arrived it was post marked as the 18th. My bad...but its hard to be patient when past experiences with other companies have taken half the time.

Terrible seeds that didnt sprout! A complete waste of money and time. When I contacted them to make it right they just snuffed me off and told me to write the seed breeder. Maybe they should write the seed breeder or next time Ill just purchase from the breeder and not some shady shop that sells their seeds. I think this is a good way of doing this business now. Ill just go to the breeders and stay away from these kinds of shysters. Never again for me.

Took about 10 days to the USA. Tracking kicked in around day 6 of the delivery. Dont expect to track package right away. I was worried it would take a month. Not the case. Under 2 weeks. Stealth was great. Prices were fair IMHO. I ordered from another site also and it was much higher for the same amount and similar type of seeds. Already planning my next purchase with Seedsman. I never contacted them for anything as I am fairly patient and it arrived in a reasonable time.

Dont pay extra for the "remove seeds from original packaging" option. This is supposed to be stealthy but Seedsman just put my seeds in an old vial and wrote the strain name on it - no abbreviation or code - nothing stealthy about it.

Reliable Delivery quite expensive for UK to UK.

I had never ordered from Seedsman before, but I sent cash from the US, not knowing if I would ever see it again, but seedsman notified me when they received my money and 1 day later when my order was shipped. My seeds arrived within 2 weeks and in perfect condition and they all germinated and are growing perfect! They also sent free seeds! Im thrilled with their service and professionalism. I am going to buy from them exclusively from no on!

16 seeds 100% germination rate. 2 seedlings sprouted a little late, but tats due to genetics, I think. Oh, I ordered 10 seeds and they gave me 6 bonus seeds ;D

Ordered Blue Dream and Chemdawg, both grown by Humboldt Seed Org. One free Critical x AK47. The seeds all were dark but very small. The BlueDream all popped a taproot but only one came up and its now about 1.5cm "tall!" After like 2 weeks. Lost cause. None of the Chemdawgs worked nor did the free seed. Im very experienced germinating and growing, not just weed but masses of veggies too. Maybe Ive been too lucky in seeds in the past but I get 85-100% germination normally. These seeds were way too small, 2mm max., lacked spunk, and maybe also were too old.

i dont know what the seeds will do do not have them yet. ordered on the 12th of december. sent some were wrong seeds. sent those back. they said then they resent on the 12th of feburary. still nothing. now they say it was shipped on the 28th of march. nothing. i e-mailed to see whats up where there at. they said there resent have more patients. iam all outta patients now. they say they are cutting all ties to me now. so what the heck do you do. a very bad experience all around. the guy that told me about seedsman is now having some kind of trouble there. hope this will help somebody. keep your monies and go some where else.

Ordered twice within a couple months, what I would consider substantial orders, in excess of 400 Euros. Was never sent the "freebies" that are supposed to come with the order.... as you order quantity, the number of them rise as an incentive, similar to many seed banks. Well, they never sent them. contacted customer service, was a bit slow getting back to me and Seedsman has a somewhat confusing system of contact... ,you have to verify your feedback and they send automated emails back to you so its somewhat confusing if they have your message or not... at any rate... eventually hear back from them and they refuse to send the missing seeds instead tell me they will give my account more "loyalty points" (another incentive program they have in order to get sales). Of course the only way to use the points is to order more seeds... so its basically a rip off, as I do not need to order seeds again until next year (outside grower). Points are not seeds... why they wont send what was promised as part of the orders I made, is not explained.

Was my first run with Seedsman. Have never bothered with buying a guaranteed delivery option item from other retailers, as Ive never had anything seized. Needless to say, this time, thats exactly what happened!! So Im thinking its all over, but I apply to them for any help they can muster anyway and they tell me to wait, which I had expected, as I thought they would just give me the endless run-around and not come through in the end. How wrong could I have been!! Today, one month after the initial seizure of the parcel, they email me over an invitation for a resend. Absolute champions... I ordered a variety of female seeds. They were indeed all female. A very small percentage of my plants did not grow tall at all (I grow outdoor). But, I must say I am extremely pleased overall. I had an awesome outdoor grow, and just recently an outstanding outdoor harvest. Seedsman sold me a great product at a good price. I will buy again next year. Thank you seedsman!!

I,ve had 40+ orders off seedsman so far, never once has my package been intercepted by australian customs which are strict, previously from nirvana seed bank the original order never came through but in good faith nirvana refunded half the seeds which did arrive, nirvanas policy now is not to ship to australia, also an order from amsterdam marijuana seedbank never arrived they did however reship the seeds via registered mail at my cost, my friends have used attitude seed bank with perfect results, however i shop seedsman they offer better promotions compared to moost places who else offers to win a trip to the cannabis cup, herbies head shop does however have good promos, but with 40+ orders from seedsman and a chance to win a the competition to amsterdam how can i shop anywhere else
