Farmers Lad Seeds Seedbank Review

Is ordered seeds from vancouver to victoria. After a week still didn't see anything so I contacted them. Once I finally got through.I talked to what I feel is the owner. He told me they're having a lot of trouble and lost eighty percent of their business. He also told we, he would take care of me as I was a regular customer.Put my stuff in a courier and send it out for the next day. He also said he was gonna call me the next day. It's been a month and I still haven't received anything and they won't answer their phone or emails. Do not buy from this company... You will not get your seeds and they will just take your money.

So they're basically out of business but will still take your money. They won't answer their phones or their emails.Or deliver what you buy... But they will still take your money. Do NOT buy from this place!

Initially very disappointed at results. Maybe two or three out of six viable.
No replacements even though the site guarantees replacements for non-viable.
Latest transaction they took money a month ago, did not send anything.
Kept trying to get refund but just ignored.

Excellent service, very helpful. My initial seeds did not germinate, however I accept responsibility for that, Farmer's Lab replaced my seeds and gave me helpful instruction to ensure germination, all seeds from the second batch germinated as expected.
