the guys were VERY helpful with my problems i had with my bank ,,, ended up that my bank didnt do overseas transfers ,,, and they kept my order up until i got that sorted { went to another bank ]contacted me at every stage AND the product was delivered in what i could only call record time ,,, i used a few seedbanks ,, and all are ok ,, BUT these guys are next level

I have made multiple orders for seeds from these fine people.

Never been let down, germ rates are as good, if not better than other banks i've used in the past.

Prices are great, especially so when they have their regular promotions running. There's always a sale section, where many bargains can be had, and always have other promos running such as 'buy one, get one free' or buy 10, get 10 free from featured producers. As well as spend a certain amount on your order and you'll also be sent absolutely free seeds （atm 1 free seed for every £25 spent on the order）. You can even choose what type and variety of free seed you would prefer, rather than being sent any old thing, useful if you want auto or photo, fem or not.

Even the heavily discounted sale seeds, with some of them being relatively older stock, still have plenty of vigor and good germ rates, but at often half the cost of other seeds or less.

They always update order information through emails, tell you when delivery is going to be and when orders have been sent out. Delivery is fast, with no waiting around.

Frankly, with such great service, quality and 'can't argue with that' prices, why would anyone shop for their seeds anywhere else? I know i won't be looking elsewhere anytime soon.

Ordered a blueberry Auto not happy with it germinated slow, growing extremely slow compared to my others in the tent from different Seed Banks also the Yumbolt I brought from this place didn’t germinate but the Buddha Cheese did although I didn’t end up growing it. Overall not happy with the quality of my Blueberry seed! Won’t be using these guys again.

I've been using them for a few years now. I have made multiple orders, spent hundreds of dollars, and have started using their store brand seeds almost exclusively. I got sick of overpriced name brands that were no better or not even as good. My latest order was paid by Western Union and shipped in about 18 hours. The time they were out of stock on something I ordered they called me immediately and found a comparable option. I bought from Seedsman for many years. I haven't used them since my first Outlet UK. If you are having problems dealing with them, you are probably the problem. They have some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with.

Been ordering from these guys since it was justfeminized over 10 years never had a problem always great communication whenever I have any questions, seeds are cheaper than direct from the breeders and you always get something free! Why go anywhere else

Sick of people whinging about this sort of business, I have been a customer twice no problems at all..The girl at western union made a error with transaction, I rang outlet UK and spoke with them and problem solved... I am in Australia and rate them highly...

Delivered quickly..we'll packaged...first order 3 of the cheaper seeds...so far ... Good quick delivery, well packaged...we'll see how they germinate and then leave another review...

Orderd a few dif beans that were in stock. Days later they email and say they are not in stock and offer some other random junk.
This is a scummy sales tactic.

It's always a bit of a concern ordering from a company that you haven't used before, but I was very quickly reassured by the guys at Outlet UK.

If I am honest, I was attracted by their low prices and special offers. I was in the market for several types of seeds which were missing from my collection and the good prices gave me the ability to finish off my seed collection.

Their delivery speed is awesome. I ordered and the seeds came next working day!

I had made a mistake while ordering [#7359] and didn't quite qualify for a special offer I was hoping to get from them, so I sent them a quick mail just to check and they very generously gave me a discount anyway, so I ordered some more immediately :）

They make it clear on their website that they keep all their seeds in a commercial fridge, which is reassuring for longevity. The seeds came excellently packaged. In seed pods, which were inside a plastic baggy, which was inside a heat-sealed pouch which was discretely placed inside a blisterpack mailer. So don't worry about discretion or safe shipping as their postage and package is as good as it gets!

This probably sounds like it is written by an employee as the experience was so positive lol. I am genuinely very pleased to have found Outlet UK though and I've learned not to expect great customer service, but these guys are great. Talking to guys on other UK scene websites, they've had good experiences too, so don't be nervous about ordering from them as I reckon Cannabis Seeds Outlet UK are an example of a great British business with lovely customer service and unbeatable prices.

Well it's been 30 days and I know from past experience sending things back and forth to the UK it takes about 10 days to 2 weeks. Seeds were never sent. I've never had anything not show up. I'm not even going to check the mail anymore because I know they're not going to show up. I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased. I probably would have not, NO.. I definitely would have not purchased... learn from my mistake.....

Delivery my 2nd with them took 4 days to arrive within their timescale of 1 to 5 days, although 2 days slower than previous order which was super quick at 2 days.
Quality is excellent, not a bad word I can say.
Customer service I also cant say a bad word about them, I emailed to check if deliveries were arriving on schedule or were there any delays, I received a quick response the same day.
To summarise, they are a company you can trust, and reading some negative reviews I doubt their legitimacy to be honest.

Seeds ordered on 28th December 2022, delivered 6th January 2023, which isn't bad considering Bank holidays, weekends and postal strikes! I initially thought there were little in the way of feed back pertaining to the order and subscription to their newsletter, but this proved to be unfounded as their replies were all sitting in my e-mail account spam folder. I am going to germinate the seeds at a later date and therefore I cannot advise on the quality of seeds at this time. I can tell you that the seeds were individually packed in capsules that came in a sealed air tight packet that was sent in padded envelope, so all good.
Prior to ordering I checked the site with the 'Scamadvisor' website, info was a bit limited due to a lack of reviews, however there was only one bad review （From an American customer # Cloud Cuckoo land, who thinks Outlet should replace his order because the U.S. customs had seized his order-really! terms an conditions clearly state seeds that are seized by customs will not be replaced!） I have given a 5 star review based on my experiences so far, on 'Scamadvisor' as It seems right to give this seed provider reviews it deserves. All in all great selection of seeds, great prices and fast delivery, Keep up the good work.

I made an order to https://cannabis-seeds-outlet.co.uk on the 11/12/2022 and i paid for 1st class recorded delivery,they said they sent my seeds on 13/11/2022. They did not send me a tracking number so since 18/12/2022 i have sent them 5 emails asking for a tracking number,they have not replied once.I don’t think they have sent them that’s why they dont reply,I’ve even attempted to talk to them through the live talk to us button on there website and no one answers that. It is now the 20/12/2022 and no sign of my seeds,these people do not answer emails do not give tracking numbers and are no help at all. Stay away from these,this is the worst buying seeds experience I’ve ever had.Order number 6561

Been using this bank for years since Just Feminized. Each order comes on time and the seeds have always popped. The quality of their own seeds is second to none. Grew at least 10 different varieties and each of them has been outstanding. Looking to get seeds in the UK this is definitely the place to order.

My mate ordered some seeds spent £60 and got some free seeds with his order. I haven’t placed an order as of yet as I am seed hoarder and got loads but I’ll always get more lol

Batted 50% w these guys. Received 3 0f 6 orders. 2 were taken at customs and they offer no resends. So my last order I paid the additional $25 or whatever for insurance. And it was seized. So the " insurance" I purchased at additional cost didn't insure...anything I guess. So sub-par genetics. No resends, they just keep your hard earned money. Paul was cordial I guess, other team member via email couldn't have cared less, not even willing to try to help. I haven't used these guys since and never will again. You've been warned. EVERY OTHER bank I dealt w （ dozens） offer as a minimum 1 resend. In short they stole over $500 US dollars from me. U live n learn, and I've learned. 8 days delivery in UK. Took 3 days just to ship the product out, didn't warn there will be a delay, and then another 5 days before it arrived.

Excellent service product is good quality and they even supplied the items just how I wanted them.

The bean are of good quality. Strains are stable and quite resistant to bugs and harsh conditions. Lovely uniform on some of them exquisite shape and form....yet to taste..and to see them pack on the weight.

So far I'm staying for the vast array of beans for selecting on their menu.

Wrote to supplier who will not stand behind their error, and only reply with automated Emails and never answer phone.. Paying for insurance does not cover customs' issues. They offered a 30% discount next order. BUYER BEWARE

Came to order from this company for 1st time after usual 1 Justfeminized having some issues.
Found customer service brilliant speed of delivery also excellent, as for quality the package came undamaged is as much as I can say seeing it's only legal to have them as souvenirs here in UK.

I put in an order, I still haven’t received it. Paid for 2 day tracked delivery, now almost a moth has gone by still no sign. Tried calling on multiple occasions no answer. Emailed, no response. Online chat no reply. I think it’s a scam. Don’t use.

I went to this company from Gorilla with whom I had barely a single complaint, in fact the one single problem I had with Gorilla was sorted and compensated. If this doesn't get sorted by Cannabis Seeds Outlet soon and with relevant compensation for the inconvenience, I will switch back.
