Breeding on Hawaii Island since 1989. Not predisposed to hype and cowherd strains of the moment, A one man company, I select either popular local cuts or locally proven strains to work with. All seeds are tested in batches of no less than forty plants to assure stability. Our locale is what is called in hawaii, dry forest, on the slopes of the Kona Coast in South Kohala, Big Island. The climate is hot and mostly dry but diverse weather conditions persist throughout the year. All strains are born of passion, not economic speculation. We strive to produce plants that are exciting to grow and a pleasure to consume. From seed to finished flower growing one of our creations should excite like the feeling of watching your first lover undress for the first time over three to four months. Growing is my “Ikigai”, the reason I exist and jump out of bed every morning. All the plants and seeds produced at Kokua Seed are grown in organic soil with as much locally, naturally produced elements as possible. Local lava cinder rocks are always used which means the Hawaiian goddess of fire, Pele, lives in every grow we produce. This mana, from Hawaii, is evident in how our seeds burst forth in germination and thrive as seedlings. We strive for regular strains exhibiting ratios of 60-75% female to male outcomes. Experience reliable germination, unique terpene profiles, sexy looking flowers, and enjoyable smoke. The tree of life is not a simple weed, come experience Kokua Seed.
