Bud Voyage is a cannabis breeder from Regensburg, Germany. The breeding programme is led by Dr. Tim Rieseberg.
We specialise in autoflowering lines and in photoperiod varieties for outdoor growing in the Central European climate. Our strongest results come from F1 hybrids, both autoflowering and photoperiod, where the vigour of a true first filial generation shows most clearly.
The breeding goal is the effect. Every Bud Voyage line is selected towards a defined effect profile, so a grower can choose a variety by what it does and not by potency alone.
Bud Voyage runs its own breeding grounds in Jamaica and carries out regular phenohunts there. The tropical climate allows several generations per year and puts new lines through high humidity and heavy rainfall.
In 2026 Bud Voyage became the first German breeder to win the Autoflower World Cup, with the autoflowering line Voyager F1.
