This genetics takes the name of the Greek mythology titan son of Uranus and Gaea, "the high-one". Hyperion is represented by the sun, the all-lighting star. It is the perfect name for a high-flying variety.

On the one hand Maddyverox x White Caviar, a variety with a great character of its own. Maddyverox (Sorbett x Sherbet bx) contributes with a powerful sorbet flavour.
