by far the most intense mandarin terp I ever encountered was 2018 - 2021 with Aurora (Canada) "Pedanios 18/1", which was medical weed. I had the luxury of buying it for years, but at some point import was stopped. Since ever I try to find something that comes close to it.
Im wondering if anyone knows which seed was used by Aurora? Was it the Reserva Privada seed? At some point in 2024 Aurora offered the "Pedanios 18/1" brand again, but this time it was "Tangerine Dream TNG (The Next Generation". Sadly this strain does not come close to the uplifting sativa high and the terps of the original strain.
In addition: Has someone personal experience finding some good mandarin terps? Ive tried pheno hunting 24k Gold, Serious Seeds Seriotica, some Sour Tangie Seeds by Garden of Green, but its quite frustrating as nothing comes close to the rich terp profile of Pedanios 18/1 which lasted to the very last hit. I wouldnt mind giving up on the "Sour" / Diesel part in favor for the mandarin/tangie terp.
