Sugar Cane v2 is a powerhouse Indica-leaning hybrid from In House Genetics that represents a significant evolution of the original Sugar Cane. While the original was celebrated for its extreme frost and uplifting effects, the v2 (and the subsequent v2 BX1) was bred to push potency even higher and introduce a more complex, "gassy" terpene profile.

• The Cross: Platinum x Slurricane #44
• The Difference: The original Sugar Cane used the Slurricane #7 phenotype (sweeter and more balanced). For v2, In House Genetics selected the #44 cut, which is famous for its "Slurricane funk," heavy sedative properties, and massive resin production.

True to the "Sugar" name, the flowers are almost entirely obscured by a thick, white layer of trichomes.

• Bag Appeal: The buds are typically dense and spade-shaped, with colors ranging from deep forest green to vibrant purple under cooler temperatures.
• Hash Maker's Dream: It is widely considered one of the best strains for solventless extraction (hash and rosin) because the trichome heads are large, oily, and plentiful.

The v2 departs from the pure "sugar candy" sweetness of the original by adding a punch of diesel.
