NEON is the result of a cannabis breeding project that blends the genetics of multiple legendary hash strains and renowned breeders. This strain is the product of crossing Melon OG, GM3, and Gak strains. Melon OG origins trace back to a generous gift of seeds from Karma Squad Genetics to Brett of WonderBrett and ByrdSeed. GM3 originated from Exotic Mike, who crossed Gorilla Glue with Cookies and Cream. Gak, a strain with its roots in a seed pack from Hella Seeds in Northern California, adds another layer of prestige to NEON's lineage. ByrdSeed selected the most promising Gak male and merged it with GM3, giving birth to GM3 Gak. After a rigorous pheno-hunting process within the GM3 Gak lineage, ByrdSeed took things a step further by crossing the GM3 Gak male with the Melon OG, culminating in the birth of NEON. This genetic offers high hash yields, rapid growth and vigor. NEON’s aroma and flavor is reminiscent of melon bubblegum, while its underlying terpene exudes a gassy and pungent profile.
