Italian Business was created by crossing Italian Beef (Michigan Meat × G4 R.I.L.) from Tony Greens Tortured Beans with Business Key. This hybrid was developed to combine the unique savory and fuel-forward characteristics of Italian Beef with the citrus complexity, color expression, and resin production found in Business Key.

Plants display exceptional vigor and can reach impressive sizes during both vegetative growth and flowering. Most phenotypes develop strong branching and produce large, dense flowers with abundant trichome coverage. Purple and violet coloration is commonly expressed, particularly during late flowering.
