Additional Information

kate-cat says

I bought 10 Gorilla Z seeds directly from Barney’s Farm, and 4 of them turned out completely defective due to clear genetic problems. One sprouted without cotyledons, another had only one and stayed weak, and two died under the soil because of overly thick shells.

I contacted the company several times, asking politely for a fair solution and even offered to return the unused seeds. They refused to take responsibility and only sent me a 30% discount code for my next order which is meaningless since I will never order again.

After that, they stopped replying completely. I gave them two chances to fix this and warned them I would file an official complaint. They ignored everything.

I have now officially reported the case to the European Consumer Centre (EVZ Germany / ECC-Net) and provided photos, invoices, and all emails as evidence.

Extremely poor customer service and very disappointing genetic quality. Definitely not recommended.
