Tristan acquired a Lemon Tree Clone #11 and decided to reverse it to start a feminized seed line. He then used that pollen to dust a Watermelon Zkittlez female that he had grown from seeds from the breeder Dying Breed Seeds. He shared some seeds with the cultivators Alien Labs and they pheno hunted a gem worth keeping and promptly won first place Sativa at the 2018 NorCal Cannabis Cup. The plant was named Melonade because its terpene profile was described as watermelon lemonade with a taste of Fruity Pebbles cereal milk.
