I ordered two packs of seeds and they arrived within three days. Along with my order i got some bonus seeds from the shop brand and a few extras like stickers and a pen from Serious Seeds. I germinated one seed from each pack, including the bonus seeds. Two sprouted quickly, but unfortunately none of the seeds from one of my ordered packs germinated. I contacted their support and they sent me two packs of the same strain as replacement and also an additional pack of home brand seeds. They also suggested soaking the seeds in water for 12 hours before putting them into soil. I followed ther advice and the replacement seed sprouted without any issues.
