Es hat nur ein Samen gekeimt, der Rest war tot. Und das Pflänzchen ist nach drei Blättern ebenfalls eingegangen. Der Kundenservice besteht darauf, die verschimmelten Samen und die tote Pflanze auf Kosten des Kunden zurückzusenden um eine Erstattung durchzuführen. Dringende Warnung! Kein vertrauenswürdigen Laden...

Auf keinen Fall High supplies Samen bestellen!! Lediglich 2 von 10 Samen haben gekeimt!!

War zuerst zufrieden, bei der dritten Bestellung von Misty feminisiert （5 Samen） waren eine Automatik（blöd wenn man's nicht weiß）,zwei irgendeine purple Sorte und zwei die ok waren, heißt so wie ich Misty kenne. Beim Kundenservice gemeldet und wg der Automatik die lapidare Antwort "kann passieren" bekommen. Auf die purple Sorten angesprochen hieß es das wäre bei Misty normal. Kann ich aber aus eigener Erfahrung nicht bestätigen! Als ich mich beschwert habe kam einfach keine Antwort,hab dann irgendeine andere Frage gestellt und sofort war die Antwort da!! Nie wieder werd ich bei denen bestellen!!! Ach ja,auf eine Rezension wurde mir auch kein 5€ Nachlass bei der nächsten Bestellung gewährt! Kackladen!!

Ich habe am 08.04.2021 mit RNr. 245835 bestellt. Mehrfach nachgefragt, angeblich ist es auch an meine Adresse verschickt worden. Es kam aber （heute 09.05.2021） nichts an. Kommunikation katastrophal.
€ 60,- verloren. Nie wieder, Finger weg!!!

Like the other reviews have stated, do not order from high supplies they are not reputable, stand by their product, or have good customer service.

My first order never arrived.
Repeated messages to customer support and all I received were delay tactics. One response said wait 30 business days, the next said give it a few more weeks due to covid international shipping delays.
After that, they resent my order and 2 of the 5 seeds were crushed due to their shitty packing. When sending them a message they replied we will get you back on your next order but you should still receive your first order that never arrived.

The first order placed 6 months ago still hasnt arrived. Dont waste your money on these assholes.

Samen kamen nach 8 Tagen an. Ich hatte denen aber aus Versehen zuviel Geld überwiesen, weil deren webpage auf US Dollar und nicht Euro eingestellt ist. Ich hatte es nach ein paar Tagen bemerkt und sie um ein Refund oder Gutschein für die nächste Bestellung gebeten. Ich wurde ignoriert. Als ich allerdings die Samen gerade online bestellt hatte, haben sie sich sofort bei mir gemeldet und mich gebeten, das Geld zu überweisen. Obsolut unprofessionell und ich bestelle bei denen ganz sicher nicht mehr.

Been waiting 80 business days on seed order. Responded to company after 40 business days and said "no seeds", so they claimed they sent another batch. That was over 40 business days ago. Now they say Customs may have intercepted them, and when they send you a letter , send us a copy and we'll resend "again". So I've received no seeds or anything from Customs in over 80 business days, so exactly how long am I supposed to wait? In simpler terms, this company is a mess, and will I never buy from them again. Read reviews on Trust Pilot reviews before you buy from these theives. If you're still considering them after you read the reviews, get your head examined

I ordered seeds that never arrived! Complete scam artists!

Placed an order here since I didn't know better at the time. Seeds were received with no indication of the breeder. Finally grew a couple, one died soon after sprouting, and the other, well, I don't know what this is. Very hardy plant with a growth pattern of a sativa, which is fine, but I have serious doubts that it's the strain I ordered and there's no way to tell for sure. I can recommend Oaseeds and Linda Seeds （when their shipping costs come back down post-Covid） to send you what you order.

its been 3 months, after being lead on to believe covid was the cause of delay, then being told my card "wasn't approved for international orders" after I had sent me receipt of payment TWICE. It doesn't get much closer to a complete Scam website than this. at least it was only $40

Seeds look healthy and arrived in just 34 days. No complaints yet I will follow up with another review. I did go with an old school strain OG KUSH. Die Samen in einer kleinen Plastiktüte eingeschweißt. Keine Beschriftung , keine Info von wann der Samen ist bzw. Haltbarkeitsdatum. Keine Sortenbeschreibung NIX NULL
könnte auch Vogelfutter sein. Ich lasse mich mal überraschen was dabei raus kommt.
Da in dem Laden schon viele Gärtner auf ihre bezahlte Ware , leider erfolglos warteten , rate ich von einem Kauf hier ab.
Dieser Saftladen ist meiner Meinung nach schon kriminell , vorausgesetzt die Bewertungen , weltweit !! , entsprechen der Wahrheit.

1 seed turend out male after 3 months. I contacted the customer service to discuss this and all they say is that I am lying and it is not from them. I would never order there again! Horrible experience!

Started getting worried reading all of these reviews. I ordered in early June 2020 and received 5 quality seeds a month later now July 2020. They got a lot of flack for missing orders and everything but it worked out for me. Seems like there are other more reliable shops but this worked for me. TBD on the grow.

I have contacted them through their email and have been trying to get a refund or the seeds I ordered resent. 6 seeds didnt make it through germination and the other 9 died. I have been emailing a representive and they literally only seed 1 - 2 sentences, per reply, sometimes even shorter. They do not want to gelp me whatsoever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, ITS A RIPOFF, A RUSE. It took almost 2 months for the seeds to come in and when they finally did, I have to deal with their crap about ph levels, and saying I didn't water my plants, as well as saying that I had the incorrect soil. How would they know? They dont the climate in my area nor do they know how I grow my plants. I spend over $100 that I doubt I will get back. I am going to continue messaging and aggravating them until something is done. I CANT EVEN FIND A CORRECT PHONE NUMBER FOR HIGH SUPPLIES, ON THEIR SITE THEY HAVE A 11 DIGIT NUMBER AS THEIR PHONE CONTACT. If anyone has a valid number for them, please reply to this post. Total ripoff. Been 3 months and still no seeds. They say they shipped a second order but that was 6 weeks ago. I have ordered from 3 other European seed banks and they all were delivered in less than 3 weeks plus they furnished tracking info which is something this Company had refused to do. I learned a $100.00 mistake so hopefully you won't have the same situation.

Paid 73 euros for 5 seeds on 14th April, contacted them after 6 weeks and told to wait another 10 days so it's now been almost 60 days and nothing.
I know Australia is far away but 60 days? c'mon that's ridiculous even with Covid19 drama.
High Supplies are a rort.

They have never delivered after 2 months. When I try to contact I get the same covid 19 bs reply. They say they reshipped but refuse to give tracking info. I was scammed out of almost $100.00. I have ordered from 2 other sources in Europe since and both were delivered in less than 2 weeks and they gave tracking numbers within 24 hours of my order. High supplies said that they don't do tracking numbers as they say that the orders get confiscated when they do. But I have found just the opposite to be true. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I was one of those guys who stood by this company when others were dogging them out.. Then I had a simple issue that they allowed to escalate until I was so irritated I had to take my money someplace else. The seeds are ok, IF YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET THEM but customer service is a 0/10.. I mean totally pathetic. They have to earn their place in the seed bank community because in my book they lost all credibility and they also lost me as a customer

Very nasty customer service. Told me originally 20 to 30 days because of Covid-19. Got 2 orders and replacements for each from another vendor, still haven't received the hundreds of dollars in seeds I paid for. They refuse to refund my money, and they can't prove they shipped the seeds. I think they are stealing money. Customer service treats me like I am the bad guy and blames everyone else for their issue. I bought hundreds of dollars in seeds and it has been 37 days, no seeds.

One out of ten seeds germinated into a rooting plant. Customer service sucks. I bought 5 seeds two times because I didnt want to send the bad seeds back. So I paid again and got seeds shipped the second time. I paid twice for the 5 seeds. Now I got one plant (maybe) for $70.00 plus. Beware they sell old seeds for a cheap price to reel ya in,then wont refund your money. The response I got when I complained was sorry yo feel that way. So basically the told me screw you. Beware!

Didnt give tracking number claim to give free seeds in order to shut us up. Claimed its at my local USPS office but would give confirmation number to confirm so how would they know its there. Kept on hold for over a hour and was told I was rude. Well bitch u lying about my seeds of course Ima b fucking rude. Worst experience ever.

Dont order here. I ordered N.L Auto but got something feminized :-( no clue what strain they gave me but it wasnt auto flower. I tried to explain the error and mistake but they ignored me as a fool. After the conversations they suddenly stopped answering me. Total scam and a waste of money........

I believe this is a scam website. I grew northern lights auto and white widow auto from them, and I am pretty sure it was the same strain.The second buy never arrived.

Around july of 2016 i ordered seeds for the first time, i chose high supplies because it was the only seedbank one that would take credit cards from BRAZIL. I got my seeds ,5 white widow and 5 northern lights,so i got very exited and made a second buy,0 seeds total, i did not get it and they told me to try again. so i bought 20 seeds again , did not arrived again, so i e-mailed then, they told me "it is not our falt that the BRAZILLIAN mail is crap, there is nothing we can do about it.

Ordered feminized White Widow seeds 4/12/17 and as yet have not recieved them. Made several attempts to contact them to no avail. The "team" does not respond.

The seeds were just crap though...I ordered 10 seed and only 4 would germinate and all of them were very weak seeds not a vigorous grower at all! They said I had to return the seeds and they would replace them...I didnt bother....their seeds seem to be just junk.

bought seeds from high-supplies the first time I bought seeds. But i dont have a clue what strains they shipped to me. Feminised Misty their webshop said, but it was some kind of hybrid sativa/indica ca: 70/30, a realy good strain but i dont have a clue of what it is.

Amnesia Auto 5 Stück. Alle gekeimt nur leider weit entfernt von Autoflower. Von Anfang März bis ende Juli kein Anzeichen von Blüte. Musste ich jetzt leider auch noch entsorgen, da sie zu Groß geworden sind für meinen Balkon und es mir zu heikel war sie im Fahrstuhl nach draußen zu bringen und irgendwo anders einzupflanzen. Zum Glück habe ich mir 3 Autos bei Sensi bestellt, die nach nicht mal einem Monat losgelegt haben und jetzt so gut wie fertig sind.

Ich habe keine Ahnung warum Ihr die highsupplies mit rot bewertet. Ich habe 1 mal dort bestellt und war sehr zufrieden. Der Service war super das heisst : mir wurde superschnell auf fragen geantwortet d.h. ich hatte am wochenende eine frage gestellt und bekam promt am selben Tag Antwort, die abwicklung gieng auch sehr schnell d.h. die ware wurde umgehend nach zahlungseingang abgeschickt. in einem neutralem umschlag. die samen waren verpackt in verpackungen von denen also ich dachte das die von denen produziert wurden. die Samen insgesamt 10 feminisierte samen giengen alle 10 auf sind super gewachsen und haben nicht gezwittert. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit denen , ich würde da immer wieder bestellen und ich würde die auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen,, also warum sind die rot gekennzeichnet??? völlig zu unrecht finde ich

Ich habe 10 Early Girl und 10 Early Special Samen gekauft. Von diesen 20 Samen gingen nur 8 auf und 7 Pflanzen wurden männlich.Katastrophal. Die Samen sahen optisch nach Abfall aus.
