Been ordering from rocket seeds for yrs without any problems, Untill I received 10 GG#4 Photos , Only 2 popped up.. The Customer service was Atrocious! She made me out to be a criminal , Realize I have bought 4k worth of Seeds from them before....An it was like getting yelled at from my mom or something when I was 12 .... Definitely Never will I order from there again, An with 10k other good seed banks this will be over due to the customer service is virtually non existent..
Save yourself a headache & time . Dont bother. ILGM hAs better Support an never had a problem with anything from them..

First time I ordered there was same as the second they work with me in every way possible on seeds that needed replaced service was very fast. Customer service was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Now I know that it's pretty difficult sometimes to trust a seed company with your time and money. But Rocket Seed's gets 10 out of 10 star's from me not just for there world-class customer service but also for there gear. Now I don't say this very often but WOW!!! All the seed's I got pooped up so I know that they give there seed's a 80% germination possiblity but as for what I see it's more like 90% or better and that's amazing plus if they don't grow they will replace them.
Now for the variety of seed's they have it won't be hard to find what you're looking for because they partner with other companies like crop king seeds, MaryJanes garden, Sonoma seed. And more so the variety is well rounded. Plus I like the option that they have to order with a prepaid visa gift card so if you're like me and you like your privacy and the convenience of a hassle free experience then I would definitely give them a try. And in the future I am definitely ordering from them again.
