Notorious PHC is developed based on Runtz by Elev8 Seeds, a Zkittlez x Gelato hybrid that quickly became one of the favourite strains of many growers due to its high resin production and its delicious fruity terpenes profile.

Elev8 Seeds has crossed Runtz with PHC （Platinum Huckleberry Cookies）, a very productive variety rich in cannabinoids and with a THC level of 32%. This encounter reduces Runtz's structure while improving its production. It certainly results in a new explosive Runtz hybrid.

Notorious PHC matures after about 9 weeks of flowering in indoor cannabis growth, offering a generous yield of top quality flowers.

The cultivator may observe some differences between the different phenotypes, with individuals more similar to Runtz and others to Hucklberry Cookies.
